About your coach

Ways to Wellbeing is a coaching company founded by Amy Jayne Nathan, a specialist Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Executive and Life Coach here in London. My career working in Government and within human rights NGO’s has always centred around empowering people individually and within their community, to find and take the steps to improve the quality of their lives, through inspiring a deeper relationship with themselves.

With nearing 10 years’ experience coaching in London and around the world, my unique and broad experience can support your business to drive success and reach its goals. By placing the wellbeing of your employees highest, macro results can be exceeded by providing micro individual-level support, so individuals can fulfil their ultimate potential and reach their goals both personally and professionally.

We are defined by the relationship between our environment, body and mind, and when brought conscious, can provide incredible transformational shifts to excel in the areas we want to excel in. Being of mixed heritage I am passionate to support those with multiple influences within their lives and find confidence in diversity. I bring a dynamicness and mind-body awareness to my coaching to help individuals understand the relationship between their internal and external worlds.

I dedicate my life to supporting individuals and future generations heal themselves and their communities and utilise their resources for a more prosperous future. We all want to walk out of the house feeling on top of the world every day - in love with our personalities, our bodies, our lives and environment. By working with me and Ways to Wellbeing we can put the stepping stones in place to help you achieve true transformation from the inside out, so that every day is brighter than the day before.

Through NLP life coaching, we help businesses support the wellbeing and personal development of their employees by helping them uncover new understandings of themselves and drive accomplishment, both personally and professionally

Mission

My story

I deeply care about people, and my varied experience working within human rights charities and Government roles world-wide has given me a unique perspective on society, human behaviour, psychology – and most significantly how our environment shapes our mindset and reality over time. My coaching journey started with working with victims of human trafficking and abuse in Asia where I was inspired by women from impoverished communities who highlighted values of grit, humility and integrity, which motivated huge shifts within myself. Since then, my commitment to human rights has evolved alongside my love of connecting and empowering people, which continues to be inspired by personal lessons of resilience and the desire for others to reach ultimate happiness and fulfilment. As a human rights activist I believe in equality, inclusion and non-judgement, all values I commit to bringing to my coaching. I have successfully coached and mentored a great diversity of women, men, and children to open doors and see the strength and clarity in all different areas of life. We spend a large proportion of our time and life working, in an environment that requires high performance, consistency and sustainability. I am passionate about supporting individuals through life coaching where the skills acquired are principle enough to inspire change in all areas of life, not just at work.
